This is to inform you that this years Micro Asphalt Programme will be starting soon. The works will be carried out on behalf of NCC by contractor Colas on a rolling road closure. We will be carrying out a letter drop to inform residents.
Micro Asphalt is a thin covering to preserve the existing road surface and increase its longevity. The process can appear somewhat messy when first laid and can require several visits by a sweeper to remove loose chippings. Consequently there will be a delay in the road markings being reapplied.
