PRESENT: Cllrs Hinson, Arckless, Bilboe, Weir, Mrs Lewis, Mrs Dargue and Rev’d Nicholson, together with the Clerk.
2. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE: Cllrs Miss Morrison (prior commitments) and Palin (unwell). It was RESOLVED these be accepted.
3. ACCEPTANCE OF DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST: None.
It was RESOLVED that under Section 100A (4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public will be excluded from the Meeting during consideration of the following items on the Agenda due to the sensitive nature.

4. TO CONSIDER POSSIBLE AMENDMENTS TO EMPLOYEE CONTRACTS AND JOB DESCRIPTIONS
The contracts of employment were discussed.
Amendments and terms for negotiations were suggested and agreed pending further consultation with the employment law advisor.
The Clerk would forward the documents to the employment law advisor for further comments and advise.
