3.1: Letter sent to local painter as discussed in the previous meeting.
3.2: Telephone call to BT regarding the line which is lying on branches at West Allotments.
3.3: Letters sent to local painters to request quotations.
3.4: Quotations received work can be carried out in the spring time.
3.4: West Allotment map emailed to Secretary of AAHS re: Water Course.
3.5: No Dog Sign ordered for Philip Drive Play Area.
3.6: Local builder contacted re: seats to be removed, seats to be repaired and seats to be replaced.
3.7: Local builder confirmed he would carry out the work on the seats.
3.8: Local builder / roofers contacted re: bus shelters in the town.
3.9: A Local roofer provided quotation for bus shelter.
3.10: A Local builder contacted re: bus shelters in the town.
3.11: A fence collapsed backing onto Percy Drive Allotments – contacted AAHS secretary
3.12: AAHS secretary confirmed the fence was in disrepair and he would contact the tenant again.
3.13: Playground Inspector reported smashed broken bottles in the play area.
