Northumberland Annual Survey is running later than usual this year,
Have a look where they will be over the next few weeks – healthwatchnorthumberland.co.uk/were-back-on-the-road-find-us-in-your-area/
The Healthwatch Northumberland Annual Survey is now live and is a chance to tell them about the health and social care services you have used over the last 12 months.
As the independent champion for people in Northumberland who use NHS and social care services, people’s views and experiences help them to continue to help professionals understand key local issues and how well services are working for our communities.
With services working to bounce back from the COVID-19 pandemic, hearing people’s views has never been more important and can play a crucial role to help Healthwatch Northumberland identify and address issues that affect the quality of people’s care.
You can also help them decide where to focus their work in the year ahead.
The online survey can be found here: bit.ly/HWNAnnualSurvey2021 or you can call 03332 408468 to complete the survey over the phone with a friendly team member, or ask for a paper copy and freepost envelope in the post. Closing date is 23 July 2021.
You might also be interested in reading our recently published Annual Report for last year, where you can find out more about our work over the last 12 months. This includes their work on care home visits and helping find an organisation to lead on the new Northumberland Recovery College.
There are also examples of how our Information and Signposting service helped individuals, and how their fabulous volunteers continued to support them and our communities through the pandemic. There are lots of fantastic Northumberland photos inside too: bit.ly/HWNAnnualReport2020-21
