Healthwatch Northumberland are holding a series of public on-line forums and are asking patients and carers to join in and tell them about their experiences.
Healthwatch is a consumer champion who find out about users experiences of services in the county, pinpoint issues or problems and help make sure there are improvements. They do this by reporting on their findings and feeding back to the relevant service providers including NHS hospitals, GP practices, Care homes, Dentists, Pharmacies and Opticians. Their free signposting service can help you find the right health or social care service for your needs.
The forums will take place via Zoom and are held every week, with a range of different themes being discussed.
Wednesday 2nd June, between 2-3pm – online forum is mental health services.

If you are unable to take part but would like to talk to Healthwatch you can contact them by phone, text and email each Wednesday between 3.00pm and 4.00pm to listen, answer any questions and help with providing information about Services.
