Warkworth Harbour – Sand relocation notice

Warkworth Harbour Commissioners have applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to remove sand from a deposit on the North side of Warkworth Harbour, in order to improve navigation – copies of plans are being displayed in the Harbour Office and Fourways 2 for 28 days from 4^th March.

Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to:

The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation they  receive.
