As you may be aware, in December 2014, the government announced the Road Investment Strategy which outlined the Department for Transport’s plans for our major roads and motorways.  This included significant proposals to improve the A1 in Northumberland.  To that end, please find a link attached the first in a series of newsletters setting out progress to date.
