5. PLANNING APPLICATION:

7.1: 13/00992/VARYCO – Land West of A1068 and South of Marks Bridge, Amble – Variation to condition 6 of approved planning application A/2010/0203 to gain flexibility in the general principles of the design and access statement and masterplan layout, to provide for reduced affordable housing, removal of 20% renewables requirement and CODE level 3 and provide a more efficient layout; removal of condition 8 – to remove the need for CODE level 3.
