NOTICE OF ANNUAL TOWN MEETING

FOR AMBLE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT-

The Annual Town Meeting for AMBLE will be held at FOURWAYS 2, 6 DILSTON TERRACE, AMBLE, NORTHUMBERLAND on TUESDAY 7^TH MAY 2013 at 6.30PM

Local Government electors for the Town will be entitled to vote at the Meeting which will be open to the public.

The business to be transacted at the Meeting will be as follows:-

1.       Minutes of the last Annual Meeting – 23^rd April 2012

2.       Matters Arising.

3.       Report of the Chairman/Town Mayor covering the activities of the Town Council followed by any questions

4.       Report of County Councillors followed by any questions

5.       Report of Community Groups/Organisations followed by any questions

6.       General questions from the public

Light refreshments will be available at the meeting.
