Members and officers are reminded that if they have an interest in any item on the Agenda it should be declared as soon as possible after the commencement of the Meeting. APOLOGIES: Members are reminded that if they fail throughout six consecutive months to attend a meeting of the authority, they shall, unless the reason for absence was approved by the authority before the expiry of that period, cease to be a member of the authority (Section 85 of the Local Government Act 1972). Apologies for absence should be given to the Clerk by the Member who intends on being absent prior to the meeting.
